Delivery Policies

-The assigned delivery day you will receive a confirmation call with information of your posición on the route, and 30 minutes before arriving to your place you will receive a new call to reconfirm the arrival

-If contact is not possible, the delivery will stay on hold until we made contact

-If the delivery cannot be made due to changes made by the customer and the service is already en route, charges may apply for the new route to be  reassigned

-If your delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances caused by the distribution service, HAFHOME will be responsible for getting the products back to your home without any charge.
