RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Cancellations

-Purchase cancellations will be processed and  refund will be effected, only if the order has not been delivered to the customer

-Once the order is delivered, cancellation or refund will not be effected

-Those products identified as special orders cannot be canceled, therefore they will not be eligible for refund

Exchanges

-If the product, ones delivered does not  meet your expectations, HAFHOME will evaluate the opportunity to exchange it for another same valuate product, but refund will not be effected

– To evaluate the exchange opportunity, this must be requested within the first 2 days after being delivered

– It will be subject to a 20% exchange rate, based on initial purchase value

– At the time of inspection by our technical team, the product must be in excellent “new” condition and not present any type of smell, scratches or damage caused after delivery, which was not previously reported

-The customer will be responsible for the costs of transporting the product to the store and the delivery fee for the new product

 

-Cancellations, exchanges or refunds are not accepted on special orders

-Sale products are not eligible for exchange or refunds

-Mattress or foundation changes are not accepted

Damage items exchange or adjustements

-HAFHOME will be responsible for the exchange or repair of products with factory defects, identified at delivery time

-We recommend inspecting your product right at the time of delivery to warn of any irregularity and inform our team immediately  (technicians at home)

-If the irregularity is found after the product has been delivered, it must be reported within a period of  2 days after delivered, this  report must be via email with photographic support and supplemented with a confirmation call.

It is customer responsibility to inspect the products once received and report any irregularity to our customer service department within a 2 days period  after the delivery day, if the irregularity is reported outside of the authorized period, HAFHOME will not be responsible for the expenses derived from this situation
